Casa Moorea

Located far from Baler’s main beach, this quaint “campsite” gives you a full view of the sunrise and sunset touching the ocean.

It really is a place where you can just unplug for a weekend and appreciate Mother Nature’s little gifts.

 Rooms are shared with fellow participants, with one private room available.

What we will be doing


We get into the basics of Yoga Philosophy in its truest essence and talk about Mantras - what are they, and how do they benefit us?

Hatha Yoga

This type of yoga focuses on creating balance in one’s practice. It uses the breath while holding the asanas to remove energy blockages in the body, creating more space and allowing stagnant energy to flow freely in the body.

Yoga Nidra

Also known as Yogic Sleep, this guided practice takes you into a deep sleep state that helps in fully refreshing the mind. A great start for meditation practices.

Guided Meditations

This is our practice of being completely still, being alone with our thoughts, and understanding how we can control them. We will be doing some breathing and grounding meditations.

Nature Walk

We will be going on a trip to be more in touch with Mother Nature and feel connected to the Earth.

Sound Bath Healing

With the use of high vibing crystal bowls, our Sound Healer Dana Marquez will be leading a sound bath to lift our vibrations and feel the healing energies of these crystals. She will also be doing a talk on how these vibrations are beneficial to our mental, physical, and energetic health.
