Tabitha’s Yoga Philosophy

Yoga is beyond flexibility and getting the perfect pose. It is creating that true connection with your mind and your body. That even in stillness, the body still moves through the breath, through the micro movements of the muscles trying to hold the final pose. 

It is understanding your body’s limitations, and honoring them. Knowing that you are working on removing these energy blockages day by day. 

It is the ability to be at peace with your mind, your thoughts. Knowing that you can gain control of your thoughts, and that you are not a slave to them.
