I didn’t know what to expect when I joined Tab’s Community Yoga class. I was excited as I haven’t been able to practice for awhile. I liked that there were not that many of us as it made the session a little bit more intimate. And it was also very thoughtful of Tab to provide mats for those who wanted to join the class but didn’t have one. Overall, I really liked the flow of the class. The poses were somewhat challenging but also relaxing. My favorite part was Yoga Nidra. It was the perfect way to end the practice. Although I felt very relaxed after the session, I also felt equally energetic to face the rest of my day. I would do it again and definitely recommend it to others.
